Orders
You can compile/make your order by visiting our
website and write article numbers of products of your
interest, please don't forget to mention required
quantity of each article. Regarding minimum order
quantity, our company have no any restriction about that
every body can purchase products as much they need. On receipt of your order we will pass it to our sales department and you will receive a
Proforma invoice on receipt of your order. After trade terms and conditioned are settled,
we will start production of your order.
Lead Time
once we confirm an order and received payment, we normally takes about
3-4 weeks to ship the goods, if the good are available in stock the shipment can be arranged within a week.
Mode
of Shipments:-
Primarily, our shipments are made via air-freight.
However, we can also ship by sea or by Post office, DHL/FedEx,
UPS couriers, if requested by customer.
BY SEA:-
That
is the Cheapest way of shipping. Normally Shipments
arrive with 24 to 27 days at required seaport.
By Air:-
That
is the Average way of shipping.
Normally Shipments arrive with 5 to 7 days at required
Airport.
By Post office:-
The
advantage of that shipment way, shipment come directly
into your office address.
BY
Courier:-
Customer
can also use their own account with any courier like,
DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT etc
or
we can also offer the same services at our end.
Prices
Our normal prices are in US Dollars, Pound Sterling and Euro. However, we do offer
prices in other major currencies, and these will be converted to your required currency against the latest existing conversion rate.
Shipping Charges
and Methods of Payment
Our existing prices are on FOB basis, if you wish to have prices including
freight charges, Please ask for C&F prices , which are based on quantities
and volume of the orders. A Performa invoice will be
issued upon receipt of your firm order. Shipment can be
"prepaid freight C&F" or "freight
collect F.O.B" according to your instruction.
Shipment being sent by prepaid, freight will have the
charges added to the Performa invoice.
Methods of payment
100%Advance by T.T through bank transfer / Irrevocable Letter of Credit
and Sight Draft (C.A.D) Cash Against Documents. We
will prefer all payment transaction by bank in our
company account.

Returns
We use international standard of Packing, Our products are guaranteed against manufacturing
faults and if found any we will send you the replacement
from our Available Ready stock free of cost, but company accepts no responsibility for broken or bent parts, misuse or wear and
tear. Because we can not control of damage of
shipment by Cargo Department due to bad handling.
Packaging
We take every precautionary measure to pack your order
very well in a heavy weight container with sufficient
padding to insure a safe ride to your home.
